Please note that necessary upgrade works to the Pavilion communal heating system are scheduled to take place between Friday 26th August at 8am and Sunday 28th August at 6pm.
During this time you will have no communal heat supply to your radiators and hot water tank.

Supply has been restored to the Commercials, Pavilion 1 apartments 67-101 and Pavilion 2 apartments 1-19
There was a problem with a main valve on the circuit supplying Pavilion 1 apartments 1-66 which cannot be resolved until Monday 29th August when a replacement valve can be obtained

The installation contractors are currently replacing the defective valve and should have the circuit supplying Pavilion 1 apartments 1-66 back up and running within the next few hours

Please find update from the contractors currently replacing the defective valve on the circuit supplying Pavilion 1 apartments 1-66…“There was an unforeseen issue with installation of the valve which set back the installation time. A new flange section is required to be welded into the pipework and this is been done this morning / afternoon along with the valveset.”

Heat supply has now been restored to the circuit supplying Pavilion 1 apartments 1-66. If you require hot water now, please time your hot water tank to come on and allow an hour or so for your hot water to heat up fully.
