The system is now back up and running so supply should be restored to all apartments. The problem, which actually affected all apartments, was due to loss of gas to the main plant room. We suspect that this was most likely as a result of a local power cut/surge that affected the main plant room.

There is currently a problem with the supply in block M1 which means that apartments in this block cannot generate heating or hot-water from the district heating system. We are currently investigating the issue so please revisit this webpage for further updates.
