We have been informed that the issue affecting the main plant has been resolved and the system is back up and running now; please allow an hour for the distribution network to get back up to temperature.

Please be aware that there is a central problem with the communal heating system that has caused a disruption to the heating and hot-water supply to the apartments. The main plant has not been handed over to Kaizen Energy yet and is still under the control of the builder; however, we have raised the issue with the property managers and they are working on it currently.
