Sorohan Builders Limited have informed us that they will be taking the communal heating system off line in Trimbleston from Tuesday October 23rd at 20:00 until 08:00 on Wednesday October 24th. This is being done to allow connection of the new phase to the existing Plant and also to allow the movement of a low hanging pipe in the completed carpark beneath “The Oak” building. While the works are underway there will no heating or hot-water available in the apartments and it will take a couple of hours for the system to come back up to temperature when the works are complete.
